We shoot all digital. In a basic photo session we will take up to 130 images or more to capture the perfect expression. You will receive a CD with all the camera originals. For special requests, background changes or any intensive work the fee will vary according to the time it takes to complete. $75/hour is the cost for special requests.

Photography Session Fees
Location Session..................$250 up to 2 hours.
In Studio Session..................$200 up to 2 hours.
To extend the photo session add $150/hour.

Session fee is based on:
a) one child alone
b) two or more children together
c) one adult alone (models, headshots, promo)
d) two or more adults together or
e) a family of two or more in the same portrait.

If the location for the portrait session is outside of Toronto then travel expenses apply.

A 100$ non-refundable deposit is due at the time of the booking to reserve the date and will be applied to your session fee. Once you book a date you will have 72 hours to submit the deposit to secure your session. If the deposit is not received within 72 hours, you will forfeit your appointment. You may call again to re-schedule a different date and time.The balance plus taxes are due on the reserved date. Pay by cash, cheque or money order. A waiting period of 7 days is applicable if paying by personal cheque. If you book less than 72 hours from the date of the shoot the session fee plus taxes are due on the day of photography.

Cancellation policy for portrait sessions: since the$100 deposit will not be refunded if the date is cancelled, we will make every effort to reschedule the session for a convenient time.To cancel or reschedule an appointment we require 48 hours notice prior to the portrait date.

**We understand that small children get sick. Please don't have your child attend a session if he/she is ill. You won't get the kind of image you want, and your poor wee one will be miserable!  If your child becomes sick the night before or the morning of your session, please call to re-schedule and we will apply your deposit to another session.  If you insist on a child being photographed and they are too sick to have an enjoyable experience, we reserve the right to cancel the photography on the spot and you will forfeit your session.**

Please understand that your session involves more than just the time it takes for the actual photography. It requires the scheduling of appointments, travel times (if applicable), setup time, etc. in advance and if you cancel it affects the entire schedule.

For special events the deposit will vary according to the package you design or length of time the photographer is required to document the affair. The cancellation policy is that you inform us 30 days prior to the reservation in order to receive a 75% refund on the deposit. If the event is cancelled less than 30 days prior you will receive a 50% refund. If the event is cancelled less than one week prior to the booked date you will receive a 25% refund.

Giclee Fine Art portraits are mounted on Archival Card and UV protected.

 **The French term "Giclée" (zhee-CLAY) , literally means"spray of ink". It is used to describe this printing process. Four precision nozzles spray up to a million microscopic droplets per second on to fine art paper. Then, each piece of paper is individually hand mounted. Displaying a full color spectrum, the prints are lush and velvety.

All canvas portraits are printed directly to artist canvas and mounted on stretcher frames ready to frame and display.

**All portraits are colour corrected with retouching (elimination) of blemishes or any other basic enhancements as well as minor background and clothing clean up that is required. Extensive work such as background changes or removal of people in an image are billed at $75/hour**

When choosing prints from the camera original images decide on facial expression. The original camera images are not colour corrected, cropped or digitally enhanced. The final result is an artistic representation of the person that is created in the digital laboratory. Since the shoot is all digital you can choose to have the final images be black and white, colour or sepia toned at no extra charge.

** if you order 3 or more prints within 30 days of the session you will receive a free 8x10 candid print and order processing priority. After the 30 day window orders can take 8-12 weeks for completion.*
